I thought you chose a really interesting subject to photograph. The blue doors on the first picture contrast really well with the surrounding image. I think the light in the background distracted me a little but overall this was a really interesting photo.
The second photo had a bit less contrast overall but the blue and pink flowers really stood out among all of the green. I think the flowers had some really interesting lines and shapes. The texture on the base showed through really well too. I think if the background was a bit less clear it would have made the foreground pop a little more.
