Nice photos for the first part of project 5. Here are my critiques for each of you photos.
Environmental: I found this photo to be very interesting. I like how you used a lower angle to shoot this pic. I think that the spacing would have aligned better and brought more attention to the subject if you took out the white area at the top. I also think next time you should try to change your settings to make it a bit brighter and click on the subject to get a more focused/clear shot.
Symbolic: I really like the colors and background of this photo and how the sweat shirt stands out. I also think that the one eye being shown through your hands was very creative and mysterious. This photo shows a lot of feelings and makes you wonder what is happening. The only recommendation I have is that you try make it brighter next time.
Document: I love the outfit and look you made while taking this shot. I think that if you were to shoot this closer it would bring out a lot more detail and focus to the subject. I also would recommend taking this at a different angle to makes things more interesting. Overall I thought you did a great job at keeping things simple and creating a documented photo.
